Maria: Yellow Lady

1.0 oz Jameson Whiskey

1.0 oz Yellow Chartreuse

0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup

Heavy dash Fee Brother's Old Fashion Aromatic bitters

Stir with ice, strain, and serve over ice with a lemon peel garnish


Scott: Alpine Meadow

1.0 oz Bulleit Bourbon

1.0 oz Genepy de Alpes

1.0 oz Carpano Antica

Jessica: Dark and Stormy

1.0 oz Light Rum

1.0 oz Dark Rum

1.0 oz Lime Juice

4.0 oz. Ginger beer

Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime.


Adrian: Little Red Dragon

2.0 oz Gin

0.5–1.0 oz Simple Syrup

0.25–0.50 lime cut into wedges

Raspberries (10 for muddling, 1–2 for garnish)

Texas Tarragon (large sprig for muddling, plus large sprig for garnish)

Muddle lime wedges, raspberries, and tarragon in cocktail shaker. Optional: Remove the lime wedges when done muddling (makes it easier to strain). Add ice, simple syrup, and gin, and shake. Strain into a Collins glass or highball glass. Garnish with sprig of tarragon speared through a raspberry.


Holly/Laura: Eva Peron

1.0 oz Fernet Branca

1.0 oz Carpano Antica

1.0 oz Domaine De Canton

1.0 oz Lime Juice

1.0 oz Crabbies Ginger Beer

Combine Fernet, Carpano Antica , Domaine De Canton, and lime juice, shake well with ice, stain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with ginger beer


Scott/Michelle: The Fireside

0.5 Mezcal

0.5 Fernet Branca

0.75 Aperol

0.25 Carpano Antica

Stirred with ice, strain over a block of ice, garnish with a flamed orange (or grapefruit peel w/no flame)
