Scott: Untitled Cocktail Recipe
30 ml. Mezcal Vida
20 ml. Carpano Antica Formula
20 ml. Yellow Chartreuse
A dash of Orange Bitters
Stir, garnish with a lemon twist, Serve in a martini glass.
Adrian: White Negroni
1.50 oz dry gin
0.75 oz Salers apertif
1.0 oz dry vermouth
Lemon peel for garnish
Build in a glass, severe over ice or a block of ice, add a lemon garnish.
Holly: The BFF (Best Fronds Forever)
1.5 oz Gin
4 sage leaves
pinch of coarse salt
0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
4 dashes Wormwood Bitters
0.5 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. lemon-thyme syrup*
1 piece of fennel (2-inch, stalk only)
fennel frond or sage leaf for garnish
In a shaker, muddle fennel, sage, and salt. Add gin, Chartreuse, lemon juice, bitters, and syrup. Stir. Add ice, shake, double strain into a coupe. Garnish with fennel frond and sage leaf.
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 large lemon (sliced into wheels)
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally, then let simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool, then strain.

Jessica: Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita
1.5 oz tequila
1.0 oz Cointreau
1/2 lime cut into wedges
2 tbsp sugar
1 Thin slice of jalapeño pepper
2 thin slices of cucumber
Several cilantro leaves and a sprig for garnish
Build in a shaker. Muddle the sugar, cucumber slices, cilantro, lime wedges, and jalapeño slices in the bottom of the shaker. Add tequila, cointreau and ice, shake and strain into a glass. Serve in a salt-rimmed glass garnished with a cilantro sprig.
Laura: Grilled Peach Old Fashioned
1 ripe but firm peach
1 Tbsp sugar (used brown sugar simple syrup)
3 sprigs thyme, plus more for garnish
2 dashes of bitters
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3.0 oz bourbon
Quarter peaches and grill 4–5 minutes per side until grill marks appear. Muddle sugar, thyme, bitters, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon. Garnish with grilled peach section and thyme sprigs.
Maria #1: Orange Fluff
2 sage leaves
2 (blood) orange wedges
2.0 oz gin
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Muddle sage leaves and orange wedges, add gin, lime, and simple, and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe.
Maria #2: Smoke on the Rocks
1.5 oz Mezcal
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.50 oz Luxardo Maraschino
Shake with ice and serve on the rocks.
