Laura: Fruity Limoncello Spritzer

0.5 oz Whiskey

2.0 oz Limoncello (Homemade)

0.5 oz Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice

0.5 tbs Maraschino Cherry Juice (from the cherry jar)

4.0 oz club soda

Lemon Slices

Orange Slices

Add limoncello, whiskey, orange juice, Maraschino cherry juice to a shaker, add ice, an shake. Strain into ice filled glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

Michelle: Corpse Reviver #2

1 oz. gin

1 oz. Cointreau

1 oz. Lillet Blanc

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 dash absinthe

Garnish: orange peel

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.

 

Jessica: Dr. Everything Will Be Alright

2.0 oz gin

1.0 oz pink grapefruit juice

0.25–0.50 oz St. Germaine

Pinch pink sea salt

2–3 pink peppercorns

Pinch ground pink peppercorns

Combine gin, grapefruit juice, St. Germaine in a shaker with ice. Shake, then serve up with the last three ingredients sprinkled on top of the drink.

Adrian: Better Than a Cosmo

1.5 oz Raspberry-infused Vodka

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.50 oz St. Germaine

Build in a shaker with ice. Serve up with a fresh raspberry skewered by a sprig of rosemary for garnish.

 

Scott: Gin & Tonic Flight

 

Holly: Oaxacan Old Fashioned

1.5 oz reposado tequila

0.5 oz mezcal

1 tsp agave nectar

2 dashes mole bitters (can sub Angostura)

orange twist

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill, and strain into glass filled with ice or a single block of ice. Twist an orange peel over drink, rim the glass with the peel, then use as garnish.

2.0 oz Ransom Old Tom

1.0 oz lemon Juice

2/3 oz Lavender Syrup

1/3 oz Peach Shrub

Shake with ice and serve on the rocks.
