Holly: Crimson & Clover

2.0 oz Del Maguey Vida mezcal 

0.5 oz Creme Yvette

0.75 oz Meletti amaro

Dash Angostura bitters

Stir with ice, serve up with a flamed orange garnish

from the (now defunct) Cocktail Rules app

 

 

 

Michelle: Fall Old Fashioned

1 tsp apple butter

0.5 oz lemon juice (only used 0.25 oz)

1.5 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

0.25 oz simple syrup

Shake with ice, double strain

 

Adrian: Untitled Cocktail Recipe

2.0 oz gin

0.5 oz homemade orange shrub*

0.5 oz St. Germaine elderflower liqueur

squeeze of lime

*Shrub ingredients: whole orange sections, sugar, apple cider vinegar

 

Maria: first titled  The Risk Pool, then the Snowflake, finally titled the Miscalculation 

2.0 oz Hayman’s Old Tom gin

 0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette liqueur

0.75 oz lime juice

0.5 oz grapefruit juice

0.75 oz simple syrup 

Shake with ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.

John: Pine Old Fashioned 

1.75 oz Dickel bourbon 

0.50 oz St. Germaine elderflower liqueur 

Dash homemade nutmeg and cinnamon bitters

smoking gun treatment

 

Laura: Meletti Manhattan 

2.0 oz bourbon

1.0 oz Meletti amaro

Heavy dash orange bitters (used Fee Brothers)

Stirred with ice, strain, served in a coupe with a Bada Bing cherry

 

Jessica: Untitled Cocktail Recipe

2.0 oz gin

0.5 oz lemon verbena simple syrup 

Shake with ice, strain, serve in a glass rimmed with lemon verbena sugar

 

After that there were some random "liquor bucket drinks" with obscure Italian spirits and a Sundowner shot!
